"Ellen's talk absolutely crushed it at our conference. She nailed exactly what our high achievers needed to hear. People kept coming up to me afterward saying 'Wow, thank you for bringing her in - she is a total game-changer!'"

Hi. I'm Ellen

I’m a keynote speaker, author of Take the Elevator and The Friendship Letters, and someone who has spent twenty years walking into rooms most people never enter.

I've spoken in boardrooms and prison cells. Sat beside people on yachts and ER beds. Spent time with billionaires at the Ritz Carlton and held babies in Pretoria, South Africa. I gave a forty-five minute keynote in high heels five hours after an IV drip for a 104° fever, and I earned a black belt in restorative Kung Fu to heal my autoimmune.

I write and speak about two things: how to stop wasting your life on the wrong game, and how to build the relationships that make the right one worth playing.

I've spoken internationally, coached 8 & 9 figure entrepreneurs, and spent a lifetime turning rooms full of strangers into rooms full of friends.

If that sounds like what your audience needs… I'd love to be in your room.

Come in for one and stay for both.

TAKE THE

ELEVATOR

Design your life.

Allocate what actually matters.

THE

FRIENDSHIP REVOLUTION

Build relationship capital. On purpose.

TAKE THE

ELEVATOR

THE

FRIENDSHIP REVOLUTION

Build relationship capital. On purpose.

TAKE THE ELEVATOR

builds the life you want.

The Friendship Revolution

makes sure the right people share it with you.

Stop taking the stairs.

Design Your Elevator

Most people brag about the stairs they've climbed.

The ones truly winning?

They already took the elevator.

This isn't a book about working harder. It's about asking the one question most high achievers are moving too fast to ask: Am I missing the smarter way up?

You can grind your way to the top and burn out. Or you can win the whole game and realize you never wanted to be there in the first place. Both are how you lose. Both are optional.

Take the Elevator is a framework for how to spend your three real resources — time, energy, and money — on the things that build the life YOU actually want.

You'll also discover your High Achiever Archetype, because your elevator needs to be designed for you.

Your floor. Your pace. Your game.

In a world full of fans. Be A Friend.

THE

 FRIENDSHIP

REVOLUTION

The quality of your friendships EQUALS the quality of your life. Everything else is downstream from that. You know what it feels like to sit in a room full of people you know, and still feel like you don't fit.

That's not a you problem. That's a language problem.

One word for two completely different relationships.

Friend.

The person you wave to at a coffee shop. AND the person you call at 2am from the side of the road. Same word. No map. No wonder it's so hard.

Here is your map. Five levels of friendship. One definition that changes everything.

"Success without real purpose and real friendship... is a waste of our own wild and precious life."

Invite Me

into Your World

I work with high-capacity people who have built success and are starting to wonder why it doesn’t feel like enough. I work with people who know exactly where they want to go, but can’t quite figure out why they keep getting stuck.

And I work with people who are great at business, but quietly struggling to build and keep relationships that actually last. I ask the hard questions. I hold up the mirror. I won’t let you off easy — but I also won’t let you leave without a hug.

Speaking & Keynotes

I speak on clarity, relationship capital, resource allocation, and the dynamics that shape how driven people live and connect. I've been on stages from corporate boardrooms to Amsterdam arenas. I will not give you a generic talk. I will not read from a script. I will make people feel seen and then hand them a framework they can actually use.

Real Words. Real People.

Real Friendships.

What Her Friends Actually Say

Not polished testimonials. Actual texts, emails, and messages. This is what depth looks like in the wild.

Speech bubble with the quote, “If it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be writing a book.”
Speech bubble with the quote, “I don't remember life before you Ellen, nor do I want to.”
Speech bubble with the text, “How did I ever live without you?...”
